Data processing addendum

Media Yard LLC (PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110) processes workspace data for Enrollmill as a processor when you enroll contacts, store sequence copy, and connect inboxes you own.

You are the controller of contact emails, tags, CSV provenance, and sequence content. We do not sell that data and we do not build an owned prospect database.

BYO LLM keys and SMTP passwords are encrypted at rest with AUTH_SECRET. We send those keys only to the provider you chose, to draft or rewrite copy you requested.

Subprocessors that may see sign-in mail if configured: Resend. Neon hosts the database. Stripe Checkout is stubbed and does not process cards in this dogfood.
